These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) apply to the Customers (defined hereinafter) who avail the Services (defined hereinafter) provided by SMB Finance PLC via the messaging platform and are eligible for certain selected banking services.

   • Any services offered to the Customer through the messaging platform are at the sole discretion of SMB Finance PLC and are subject to the Customer’s eligibility. Such services are governed by specific terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria may vary for different offerings.
3. Conflict of Terms
   • In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions associated with any other services available on the messaging platform, the specific terms and conditions of such services shall take precedence.
4. Specific Service Terms
   • In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to a specific variant of an account or any particular service/product/offer, the specific terms and conditions governing that service/product/offer will prevail.
