A Listed Entity shall prepare and submit Interim Financial Statements to the Exchange for the public in compliance with Option 5 of Section 7.14.1. i (a) of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange about minimum public holding

The Interim Financial Statements are prepared every quarter as soon as the figures have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Entity. These Financial Statements comply with the Companies Act No. 7 requirements of 2007. These Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements have been prepared by the Sri Lanka Accounting Standard LKAS 34 - Interim Financial Reporting.
